Customization Process

When ordering a custom items you should contact me to discuss your idea before purchasing. This allows me to determine if it is something I am willing/able to do and also help you pick the best product to work with your idea.

Once we discuss your design you will be directed back to the website or provided email to emt payment.

Payment is due upfront before any design work will begin. A proof of your design will be sent and any changes can be made.

Once you approve the proof the item is made.

If for any reason you decide to cancel during the process or decide to make major changes during the design process there may be additional fees applied or funds held to cover design time.

Rush Orders and Turnaround Times

Rush orders, when they can be accommodated, will have a charge of $15.00 per design. Anything less than 3 business days is considered a rush order.

Turnaround times can be anywhere from 1 day, to two weeks or more. Please discuss in advance any deadlines that you need met. Once you have placed your order you will be provided will updates as they become available. Please do not message and inquire if your item is ready because when it is I will contact you.


I stand by my products and quality and will replace any items that have any defects NOT caused by misuse, or improper care. Defects must be reported with 15 days from purchase.

I do not warranty lids. Breakage due to dropping is not covered. I do sell replacement lids for some of my products.

I will not replace items because they have been dropped or put in a dishwasher. These items are hand wash only.


The shipping rates are based on weights and location and calculated through the website. If it happens that the cost is not accurately calculated during checkout you will be contacted with the updated amounts.

Packages are shipped with tracking and once the package leaves my hands it is out of my control. Any lost packages will be the responsibility of the carrier NOT Mad Crow Creations and any claims and disputes must addressed to the carrier. I will assist in opening a dispute if necessary.

Some items will be calculated as a package during checkout but may in fact be able to fit lettermail or oversized lettermail to help save some of the shipping cost. If this is the case I will contact you to give you that option and refund any differences in shipping cost. Please note lettermail is not tracked and again Mad Crow Creations will not be held responsible for lost mail.

Processing times for shipping orders is 3-10 business days. Tracking numbers for tracked packages are provided once shipped within 24 hrs. Delays with the courier are not the responsibility of Mad Crow Creations.


All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for customized goods.
